Biochelate Zn + Cu + Mg is a product aimed at increasing the dietary intake of zinc, copper and magnesium in our bodies. Zinc contained in the supplement helps protect cells against oxidative stress, as well as to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. Copper helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and the immune system, magnesium helps to reduce levels of fatigue and weariness.
How to use: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) a day mixed with 1/2 glass of water or juice. Should be taken after a meal.
Recommended daily dose (5 ml) contents: Zinc 5 mg (50% DRVs), Copper 0,5 mg (50% DRVs). Magnesium 57 mg (15,2% DRVs)
