Biochelate Zn + Cu + Cr is a product aimed at increasing the dietary intake of zinc, copper and chromium in our bodies Zinc helps in the proper functioning of the immune system, as well as in maintaining healthy bones, skin, hair and nails. Copper helps protect cells from oxidative stress and the proper functioning of the nervous system and the immune system. Chromium helps maintain normal blood glucose levels.
How to use: 1/2 teaspoon (2,5 ml) a day mixed with 1/2 glass of water or juice. Should be taken after a meal.
Recommended daily dose (2,5 ml) contains: Zinc 2,5 mg (25% DRVs), Copper 0,5 mg (50% DRVs), Chromium 0,025 mg (63% DRVs)
