DELIVERY CHARGES
1. Standard UK Delivery – FREE
The estimated delivery time is between 3-5 working days from despatch date.
Our Standard UK Delivery is FREE.
This delivery method will be delivered through Royal Mail Tracked 48.
2. Express Delivery- £7.99
The estimated delivery time is between 1-2 working days from despatch date (Mainland only).
Our Express Delivery charge is £7.99
This delivery method will be delivered through Parcel Force Courier.
Express Delivery orders placed before 9.00am Monday –Thursday will be sent next working day. Expect delivery between 9am-5pm Monday –Friday; no deliveries are made over the weekend.
DELIVERY TIME
Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the next working day. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you refuse delivery of goods you are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
Please Note: Due to busy Periods i.e. Halloween, Black Friday Sales, Christmas etc. You must allow up to 10 working days for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Natural Vita are not liable for any consequential loss due to late or failed delivery.
