Sunflower honey is produced by bees from sunflower nectar. Like other honeys before crystallization, it has a liquid form. After crystallization, unlike other honeys, it is soft. It can also easily spread on a slice of bread. In addition, it dissolves very well in water or other beverages. Its taste is quite delicate, subtle, which certainly will suit children the most. Sunflower honey has a bright orange-yellow colour. It quickly crystallizes.
Sunflower honey characterized not only by its superb taste but also because of many health-promoting properties. Sunflower honey helps to treat cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases, and upper respiratory tract inflammations. It is also recommended for the common cold and fever and is effective in curing skin diseases.
