This Honey is harvested from the Roztocze, ecologically pure region in the South East of Poland.
Buckwheat honey is most often dark-tea or brown. It has a characteristic aroma and a spicy taste. Due to the high content of rutin, a vascular purifying substance, it is recommended for atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease and hypertension. It promotes the reconstruction of bone cells, strengthens the immune system. Accelerates wound healing and bone growth. It is used in the treatment and preservation of cardiovascular diseases caused primarily by atherosclerosis. It is also recommended for inflammation of the kidneys and pleura, states of memory impairment, treatment of glaucoma, impaired vision and hearing.
