Recommended use: 25 ml (measuring cup) once a day. The recommended amount should be mixed with a glass of fruit juice, vegetable juice or water. Drink the prepared solution. It is not recommended to consume the preparation without dilution.

The recommended daily dose of the product (25 ml) contains: 15 mg of inorganic silicon (Si) *, 10 mg of organic silicon (Si) (96.15% RWS), 2.5 mg of boron (B)*, 100 µg of iodine (J) (66.66% RWS)

1 ml of the product contains: 0.6 mg of inorganic silicon (Si), 0.4 mg of organic silicon (Si), 0.1 mg of boron (B), 4 µg of iodine (J).
