Preparation and Growing Red Clover 

How to sprout Red Clover seeds:

Recommended sprouting method: sprouting jar, sprouter

  • Soak the Red Clover seeds in water for 4-5 hours.
  • Drain and rinse the seeds and put in your sprouting tray or jar.
  • Rinse the seeds daily.
  • The sprouts should be ready for consumption within 5-6 days.

For Red Clover microgreens use suitable growing medium and punnets, trays or pots

  • Sprinkle your Red Clover seeds over damp growing medium
  • Cover with cling film and keep moist
  • Red Clover can germinate within 3-4 days
  • Harvest in about 8-12 days or when Red Clover greens will be about 1-2 inches tall
